Who you are contracting with
SharkJR is an online coaching service operated by Sharkawy and his coaching team. It provides personalised training programmes, nutrition guidance and check-ins, delivered through the SharkJR app and the messaging channels listed on this site.
Using this website, applying for a package, or paying for a subscription means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not subscribe.
Who can subscribe
You must be 18 or older to subscribe on your own. Between 16 and 18, a parent or guardian must give consent and be reachable on the account. We do not coach anyone under 16.
You confirm that the health information you give us is accurate and that you are medically able to train. Coaching is written from what you tell us, so an incomplete answer produces an unsuitable plan.
What a subscription includes
Each package page lists exactly what that package includes — plan type, check-in frequency, and the level of access to Sharkawy and the coaching team. What you see on the package at the moment you pay is what you are buying.
Programmes are written for you individually and are revised through your scheduled check-ins. Timings shown on the site describe how we normally work; they are targets, not guarantees, and we will tell you if something will take longer.
Health, safety and results
SharkJR provides coaching, not medical care. Nothing in your plan, in the app, or in a conversation with a coach is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Speak to a doctor before starting if you have an existing condition, an injury, are pregnant or postpartum, or are on medication that affects training. Stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest tightness or anything unusual while training.
We do not guarantee any specific weight, physique, strength or performance outcome. Results depend on factors we do not control — how consistently you train, eat, sleep, recover, and your own physiology. Anything shown as a client result is that client's outcome, not a promise of yours.
What we expect from you
- Give honest and complete information about your health, injuries, medication and training history, and update us when it changes.
- Use the account yourself. Logins, plans and app content are for one person and may not be shared, resold or published.
- Train within your ability and follow the technique guidance you are given.
- Talk to your coach in a civil way. Abuse or harassment of the team ends the subscription without a refund.
Prices, payment and renewal
Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and include any taxes stated at checkout. Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider; SharkJR does not see or store your full card details.
Monthly packages continue month to month until you stop them. There is no lock-in period. You can cancel at any time and access runs to the end of the month you have already paid for.
We may change package prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to you.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling is done by telling us on WhatsApp or by email — no forms and no retention call.
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which sets out one clear line: once your personalised plan has been delivered, the purchase is no longer refundable. Please read it before you subscribe.
Plans, videos and content
Every programme, nutrition guide, video and document we give you stays the property of SharkJR and is licensed to you for your personal use while you are subscribed.
You may not copy, resell, publish or distribute that material, use it to coach other people, or feed it into a service that reproduces it.
Suspending or ending an account
We may suspend or end a subscription if these terms are broken, if payment fails, if the account is shared, or if a member of the team is treated abusively.
If we end a subscription for a reason that is not your fault, you are refunded for the part of the period you paid for and did not receive.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SharkJR is not liable for injury, illness or loss arising from training, from nutrition choices, or from information you did not disclose to us.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any right you have as a consumer under Egyptian law.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change as the service changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
